Refund / Returns Policy


Returns will be subject to our Warranties Policy. For a return to dealt with, a return form needs to be submitted via our site.

In some cases we will accept a return but this will be subject to managements approval and on special circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

NavShop SA (PTY) Ltd by rule does not provide refunds. Goods supplied by us to our clients have been specially ordered an imported via our overseas factories and for this reason no refunds will be supplied.

There are special situations where a refund will be allowed:

  • Late Deliveries (Subject to our Delivery Procedure and Timeframes)
  • Where we are no longer able to acquire the product from any of our factories.
  • Where the overseas supplying factory has agreed to a refund.

Should a refund be approved as set out above, the payment will be processed within 7 Working days and a proof of payment will be provided to the respective client.

All refunds will be subject to a 15% Handling fee.
